About Me

I am Stijn Debaveye , a movement and performance coach trained at the renowned CHEK Institute and based in Valais, Switzerland. My method is based on cutting-edge strategies and my own rehabilitation journey, having recovered from multiple injuries myself, including recurring shoulder pain from surfing and ACL tears from snowboarding.

 

What drives my work is the understanding that the body functions as an integrated whole , not as a collection of isolated parts. It’s a paradox I’ve experienced firsthand: the activities that once brought me joy and vitality became the sources of my greatest challenges. By addressing the underlying causes of pain —whether through advanced movement assessments, tailored exercises, or tailored coaching—I’ve helped my clients regain strength, reconnect with the activities they love, and build lasting resilience.
